Meet Our Logistics Support Team
In any organization, these are the folks who get things done. We are fortunate to have some of the most dedicated team players who individually and collectively are determined to serve our clients and our home and away teams. They truly make the rest of us look good.

Sharon Jones
Logistics Manager
Sharon is the Logistics Manager as well as an Administrative Assistant.
She oversees all aspects of the logistics process and coaches client coordinators on the complex logistical requirements of our program. She prepares a logistics packet that goes to the facilitator for each client job and arranges facilitator travel.
Sharon has been with the company since 2004 and has a degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Connie Martinez
Office and Accounting Manager
Connie handles human resources, manages the administrative staff and the financial responsibilities for the company, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. She works closely with the facilitators, compiling their expense reports to send to the client.
She has two A.A. Degrees - one in Accounting and the second in Business Administration. She loves spending time with her family and friends.

Rebecca DelPonte
Administrative Assistant/Strategic Partnerships
Rebecca is assistant to the Strategic Partners Department. She supports the marketing and sales effort. She creates and monitors client contracts, arranges prospect and client phone calls, and generates various reports for the strategic partners.

Jacki Rode
Support Specialist
Jacki is the most recent addition to our staff. She is a member of the Logistics team, and is involved in preparing/proofreading the program materials, recording program graduates, and handling special projects for all departments.
