What We're Looking For...
We are looking for individuals who consistently demonstrate a passion to serve and learn. These are individuals who are self-starters, relationship-oriented, and have the capacity to manage competing priorities. If you have mentoring/coaching experience, are personable and approachable and can think quickly on your feet, we want to meet you!
This is a ground-floor opportunity for a professional person with six or more years of career experience who wants to make a difference in how work gets done. In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel in the USA and internationally - and learn to facilitate a transformational, sustainable leadership program that is achieving amazing long-term results for clients across the globe.
Requirements:
- Agile facilitation skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to travel potentially 8-10 days out of every month (once certified)
- Ability to develop and manage long-term client relationships
- Ability to devote 3-4 months (approx 20hrs/wk) to our rigorous training program
- Minimum six years career experience
- Effective, robust communication skills

Our facilitators are independent contractors. We do not charge them to learn our concepts and processes, and we offer partial reimbursement of travel costs during this training period.
