Welcome Natalie Sayer - Our First Bilingual Facilitator
Who do you know that both sings like a lark, dabbles in theatre, and is a former Six Sigma Black Belt --- in addition to being a published author and a Pathways to Leadership facilitator?
Natalie Sayer joined our facilitator team in late 2007 and hails from Surprise, Arizona.
Natalie brings a broad depth of experience in the corporate world - 20 years of experience in management, design, OD, manufacturing, and strategic planning in the auto industry. She is the co-author of the book, "Lean for Dummies." (2007), which she completed while in training to become a Pathways facilitator.
An added plus is her fluency in Spanish, her international work experience, and her professional coaches training.
Natalie has a Masters Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan.
When not on the road for Pathways to Leadership, she can be found coaching, reading, and acting in her local community theatre.
