Our process begins with comprehensive leadership assessments with each Pathways to Leadership® team. We consider the unique needs of each participant, including objectives and leadership vision. Then, rather than add a new layer of activities on already over-burdened managers, we design our support to help organizations gain more value and higher results out of the work they are already doing.

Steven W. Vannoy, Founder and CEO
Steven W. Vannoy, author, speaker and trainer, founded his company in 1992 with a vision to build resilient work cultures, more productive teams, and a higher quality of life for all.
Now, with over 30 years experience in business leadership, Vannoy is a recognized expert in building the leadership bench strength of corporations internationally, and also creating sustainable, healthy work cultures.
In addition to sharing the Pathways to Leadership® tools with top corporate teams around the world, Vannoy and co-owner Craig Ross are working on a series of leadership books, the first, Stomp the Elephant in the Office, was released in 2008. |

Craig W. Ross, President
In addition to being President of Pathways to Leadership, Inc., Craig leads the development of Pathways to Leadership® programs and facilitates internationally.
His background in education and coaching lends itself to his responsibilities in program development, facilitation and executive coaching.
The series of books he is writing with Vannoy deal with the tools and concepts contained in the Pathways to Leadership® program.
Craig has a B.A. in English from the University of Minnesota and M.A. in Curriculum Instruction and Design from Colorado Christian University.

Denise Pushnik, Vice President
As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Denise oversees client relationships and works with our facilitators and account managers to expand the reach of Pathways to Leadership® throughout the world.
Denise has been developing friendships for over 12 years with clients and prospects. Working with clients around the world has enabled her to share best practices, making Wellness Cultures a reality in companies internationally.
She leads the business development staff, and is a member of the executive team. Denise has a B.A. in Psychology from Westchester University, Pennsylvania.

Gail Ferguson, Strategic Partner Manager
As a Strategic Partnership Manager, Gail comes to us with a vast background in account management. She works closely with Denise and our client partners and prospects around the world to share the economic and personal value of having a healthy, sustainable work culture.
She also partners with our facilitators to enable them to customize their delivery of the Pathways to Leadership® program so that it builds the culture while creating accelerated business results.

Donna Carter, Director of Communication
Donna, serving in her 16th year with the company, is a multi-function leader who supports the Pathways facilitator training program.
As Director of Communications, she is the webmistress for the company websites. She is also responsible for program materials design and production, working in close partnership with Lisa Teets, Director of Curriculum. Donna is a member of the executive team.
She has a Degree in Design from Pasadena College, and Business Administration from University of California.

Angie Paccione, Director of Facilitator Training/Development
Dr. Angie Paccione is one of our two Directors of Facilitator Training and Development. With Lisa Marie Main, these two (formerly) independent facilitators joined the staff in 2008 and 2010 and will share this vital role.
Angie's background in higher education and political office along with her professional sports career give her wide experience in how to grow talent and build culture.

Lisa Marie Main, Director of Facilitator Training/Development
Lisa became a Pathways to Leadership® facilitator in 2008, and a full-time employee in April 2010. Lisa and Angie are co-Directors of Facilitator Training and Development.
Lisa Marie comes to us from her own independent consulting and training company. She has an acute understanding of human dynamics and has enjoyed facilitating, training and coaching since 1985.

Lisa Teets, Director of Curriculum
Lisa, another former independent facilitator, has joined the staff as Director of Curriculum and Training, and will assist in developing and documenting new Pathways to Leadership® programs.
She is a Master Facilitator. Her background in curriculum development and training lends itself to supporting her teams and expanding the depth of the Pathways to Leadership® programs.

Steve Drury, Director
Dr. Steve Drury joined Pathways to Leadership Inc. in 2008, after a successful career as an independent executive and business coach and facilitator.
Steve is a Master Facilitator who works with top teams and builds long lasting partnerships across all clients to bring Wellness out to the World.
He is a graduate of the International Coach Federation and has a BS from the University of Georgia.

Brett Kleffner, Facilitator Training & Development Specialist
Brett Kleffner joined the company in 2004 as a Pathways to Leadership Facilitator. His talent for training new facilitators led him to the role of primary trainer. After a year's sabbatical, he now has returned to work with Lisa Marie Main and Angie Paccione in the training of facilitators-in-training and development of Certified Facilitators, as well as continuing in his role as a Pathways facilitator.
Brett has a B.S. from the University of Idaho and Masters in Education from Colorado State University.
