What We Do
Our process begins with comprehensive leadership assessments with each Pathways to Leadership® team. We consider the unique needs of each participant, including objectives and leadership vision. Then, rather than add a new layer of activities on already over-burdened managers, PLI designs its support to help organizations gain more value out of the work they are already doing.
PLI’s professional development support is focused on meeting the needs of individual leaders and teams. Our emphasis is on developing effective business strategies and the leadership and communication practices of our participants. We also provide advanced, customized seminars designed to meet the particular needs of all levels of the client organization.
An integral part of effective professional development is capacity building. Pathways to Leadership Inc. will train a qualified client employee to become a certified Pathways to Leadership® facilitator, and create a tested accountability system to monitor the effectiveness of the trainer. Thus, the client will have a long-term sustained ability to deliver our leadership program without spending resources on outside trainers, travel, and lodging expenses.
Since people are what make an organization great, we want you to meet some of our staff.
