In reflecting on my Pathways to Leadership training I can honestly say, in my 25 years in the Automotive Industry, it is the best training I have ever experienced. It has had a profound personal and professional imp act on me.
When I first participated in this program in 2000, I looked forward to the day when I could utilize the Pathways tools and concepts to lead my own organization.
That opportunity came in May 2003 when I was appointed President and CEO of Mazda Motor Europe. My experience of going through the training with my own team in Europe was even more powerful that before as I saw how the training could unite an international management team comprised of many diverse cultures.
The Pathways to Leadership experience and its ongoing integration process solidified our management team into a cohesive high performing working group and energized us for the accomplishment of even greater results. We are now achieving results more quickly and our isues and challenges are much easier to overcome.
