Pathways to Leadership®
Accelerated Leadership Coaching -
New in 2006

The Pathways Accelerated Leadership™ Coaching process is a powerful option available to Pathways to Leadership® program graduates and non-graduates. This one-on-one coaching program is fully customized to support the individual leader as they strive to reach their full potential--both personally and professionally.

• Enables leaders to increase effectiveness by accelerating and increasing mastery of the Pathways to Leadership tools, developing and executing action plans, and moving forward.
• Helps leaders learn from past events, strategize for future events, and take more effective actions, ultimately allowing them to contribute to the organization more.
• Provides support in addressing specific goals, objectives, and challenges.
• Ideal for assisting successful leaders in increasing their effectiveness and enabling new leaders to accelerate their learning curve.

• Leaders work one-on-one with a Certified Pathways Coach for three months. The Accelerated Leadership Coaching process includes six 45-minute telephone sessions spaced every two weeks. (Coaching sessions are scheduled after signed agreement received.)
• To maximize results, clients will identify specific focus, expectations, and success measurements prior to starting coaching. Clients can expect to be accountable for taking agreed upon actions between sessions.
• The coach will provide ongoing accountability and support throughout the Accelerated Leadership Coaching process.

After the initial six coaching calls, clients may choose to sign up for additional coaching sessions. These calls may be scheduled to take place once per month or twice per month, depending on need.
