Pathways to Leadership® Module 1-4 Agenda
The Pathways to Leadership program is offered in three different Formats, and includes six modules. Each module builds on the concepts of the previous module. Here
is a summary of the goals for each module.
Module One:
- Explore multiple pathways to leadership.
- Examine the traits of a high-performance individual and work culture.
- Discover a process for creating a change-ready work team.
- Learn how to evaluate and build on actions and performance from a positive perspective.
- Participate in experiential exercises that begin to cement the group.
Module Two:
- Participate incorporate additional foundational tools through simulation and experiencial
activities.
- Learn a process for conducting highly effective meetings.
- Capture the essence of creating a culture where people take responsibility, and tap into and express their own potential.
- Experience a paradigm shift in relationship building.
- Discuss issues and applications specific to this group/company.
- Participate in simulations that build trust, community and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Organize the POIS integration teams.
Module Three:
Participants are now ready to take ownership of the concepts learned so far and demonstrate them in class.
- Practice simple, proven leadership tools to achieve open, full communication.
- Discover a solution-focused process for quickly resolving workplace challenges.
- Learn a 5-step process for enabling a group to focus, communicate clearly, build teamwork, and resolve issues while building trust and buy-in.
- Practice experiential exercises that demonstrate this process.
- Practice direct application of the tools learned so far to relevant issues.
Module Four:
- Participate in a simulation that builds teamwork and debrief on the exercise.
- Share the accomplishments of the week, both individual and team.
- Build on the ideas, applications, processes and concepts.
- Establish POIS Teams for 12-week integration period
- Celebrate with senior management.
