POIS Process:
Selection of In-house POIS Coordinators
Each Pathways group breaks into four teams and chooses a participant to
serve as a POIS Coordinator. Following
the POIS Handbook, these people plan, implement and coordinate
the POIS implementation process with their team after the initial facilitator-led
Pathways to Leadership® training.
POIS Coordinators play a critical role in building a company's
wellness culture by supporting their teams. They are individuals
who emerge as leaders during the initial training.
POIS Coordinators have access to top leadership who are kept
aware of each team's progress.
