Pathways to Leadership® Formats
The Pathways to Leadership program is offered in three different formats to best fit a client's need. Each format is comprised of a 24-week trademarked learning process that includes a combination of offsite facilitator-led training and team-led/facilitator supported field-proven integration modules:
Format A: 4+2
- Pre-program planning and needs assessment
- 4-day offsite facilitator-led modules
- 12-week team-led integration modules
- 2-day offsite facilitator-led modules
- 12-week team-led integration sustainability process with a focus on specific business applications
Format B: 3+3
- Pre-program planning and needs assessment
- 3-day offsite facilitator-led modules
- 12-week team-led integration modules
- 3-day offsite facilitator-led modules
- 12-week team-led integration sustainability modules with a focus on specific business applications
Format C: 2+2+2
This format is best suited for organizations scheduling back-to-back sessions with participants who reside near the training location.
