Pathways Mastery Program

This is a required two-day completion seminar for participants of the Pathways to Leadership program. 12 weeks after the initial Pathways Facilitator contact days, teams comes together as a committed learning community recharged to achieve greater personal mastery and contribute even more to the organization's vision, goals and objectives.

• Success stories and victories are captured and shared.
• Advanced leadership tools for are introduced and practiced.
• A unified vision for team and company is created.
• The Power Project - a structured plan that will carry them through the next 3 to 12 months, is introduced.
• Interactive exercises, challenges, celebration and graduation activities play an important role in team bonding during the program.
