POIS Process:
12-Week POIS/Planner
Integration and Application
Workplace opportunities abound for immediate application
of the Pathways to Leadership® concepts. The Pathways
POIS/Planner provides the vehicle for capturing and repeating
these successes - and sharing them with other team members in
the group meetings that take place every week.
The questions and tips in the POIS/Planner put each team
member on a fast growth curve. It gets them unstuck from old,
ineffective patterns, helps them assimilate the new skills
they have learned, and launch their organization to even greater
levels of efficiency and productivity.
Pathways participants complete the 12-week process
with the Mastery Program.
