POIS (Pathways Ongoing Integration & Sustainability) is an answer to both of these questions.

During the facilitator-led Pathways to Leadership modules, participants learn state-of-the-art leadership concepts and tools. Now comes the true test - their ability to place these new resources into daily practice. To support this effort, we have created POIS - the Pathways Ongoing Integration System. In each of the three program formats, this 24-week assimilation process includes a series of field-proven initiatives that assist participants to integrate the concepts into their personal and professional lives.
