POIS Process:
Pathways to Leadership®
Support Letters and Materials
Support Letters/Email
Over the course of several months following their Pathways
to Leadership training, participants receive letters and/or
emails from their facilitator and their company that support
team members in mastering and using more of these leadership,
team-building concepts.
Other Support Materials
In addition to the POIS/Planner,
teams receive the following supporting materials:
- Tool Pocket Cards - pocket-sized cards with
primary program tools.
- Quick Reference Guide - a quick reference of the
tools and concepts.
- "Acknowlegement" post-it pad - a notepad for recognizing individual's strengths.
- Pathways to Leadership Revisited Booklet - a summary
of each of the concepts learned during the training.
- Pathways to Leadership Tools Screensaver
