
Pathways to Leadership®
Power Project
During the Pathways Summit Pursuit, teams launch their Power
Projects. Over the next 3 to 12 months, each team will use
a structured process to establish and work through current
issues/challenges that they have chosen using the Pathways
to Leadership methods.
This is the direct "application and execution" portion of the
program. Program participants have discovered, practiced and
integrated the tools and concepts over a period of months.
Now they take the most important step: applying these tools
and concepts to specific workplace issues and challenges
and making the Pathways process a permanent part of their culture.
During this self-led application and mastery component, team
becomes totally self-sufficient in their understanding and
practice of Pathways to Leadership skills. This is
where they develop a sustainability plan and enough momentum
to permanently maintain and grow their new wellness culture
and leadership skills. The benefits of sustaining this culture
are life-changing and priceless.
As individuals, we hold such high expectations
for visible "change" and quantifiable "results" that we forget
the real essence is in what YOU (as an individual) get out
of (Pathways), and then LIVE. That's how we positively affect
others around us... open, constructive, cathartic discussions
are made possible because of Pathways to Leadership. If that
