Pathways to Leadership®

Journey for Non-Supervisory Personnel

Program Customization After the top leaders in management and supervision of the organization or division have experienced Pathways to Leadership, we work together to bring these concepts to non-supervisory employees through the Journey program.

Participant Level: Non-supervisory, and non-customer service/contact employees. Pre-training Assessment: Participants complete a confidential questionnaire used by the facilitator. Three other evaluations are taken over a period of months.

The Process: Discovery, Application, Integration

This custom-designed, interactive 2+2 day program leads employees through self-discovery, team-building exercises and personal leadership skills training.

    Outcomes:

  • Participants get beyond negative attitudes and create a healthy culture.
  • More effective teams, personal responsibility, outstanding service, and higher productivity result.
  • Personal empowerment is renewed, enabling them to focus on the resources and assets of one another.
  • Teamwork and accountability are restored since employees now see themselves as valued and responsible.
Journey Integration Process. But the training does not stop here. Internalization takes time. For the next 12 weeks, the process continues with participants filling out a 12-week Planner that is part of their workbook and participating in the Journey POIS (Pathways Ongoing Integration Process).
